- What if I have a specific training need?
The VLSC specializes in meeting your specific needs. We meet with key personnel from your organization to find out what results you want. We identify qualified faculty and/or specialists to teach the material, as well as organize the outlines, materials and evaluations for the program. Then our staff designs and delivers a custom-tailored seminar or workshop for you. We can provide on-site training or even welcome your group into our state-of-the-art facilities
- How can I get help with research issues?
The Center can help you with research by accessing the vast collection of databases and resources at Virginia Commonwealth University. We’ve conducted studies on issues that significantly impact labor and management relations such as pay equity, team environment, collective bargaining, and performance appraisal systems.
- What is the cost of a typical workshop?
Program costs vary depending on the length of the session. Typically, costs are between $65 and $100 for half- or full-day workshop sessions. Group discounts are available.
